In-House Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist – F&B Operations
About the role
Location: Head Office / Hybrid with Store Visits Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
Juice Dudez is looking for a proactive and experienced In-House Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing food and beverage operations. This is not a passive HR role. We are looking for someone who can actively source, headhunt, screen, interview, and recommend strong candidates for store operations, franchise support, prep/production, customer service, supervisory, and management roles.
Responsibilities · Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to candidate selection. · Actively source and headhunt qualified F&B candidates. · Conduct screening and first-round interviews. · Build pipelines for store staff, supervisors, managers, prep staff, and operations roles. · Coordinate interviews with management. · Prepare hiring recommendations and maintain interview notes. · Maintain recruitment reports and candidate trackers. · Support hiring for new store openings and franchise growth.
Requirements · 2–4+ years of recruitment experience. · Strong F&B, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, food production, or franchise hiring experience. · Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. · Excellent communication and interviewing ability. · Ability to handle multiple open roles at the same time. · Strong organization, follow-up, confidentiality, and judgment.
