Compensation:$33.65 per hour

Summary: The ICI Roll-Off DZ Driver is responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to service commercial and industrial customers while ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of containers. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain safety standards, and ensure routes are completed efficiently in accordance with Miller Waste Systems protocols.

Responsibilities: In the position of ICI Roll-Off DZ Driver, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Safely operate a Roll-Off truck.
• Possess strong knowledge of the Peel Region and GTA West areas (preferred).
• Ensure customers are serviced according to their contractual requirements and schedules.
• Safely push and pull containers of various sizes, including unlocking and locking containers and enclosures/rooms.
• Ensure pick-up and delivery schedules are met as assigned.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Meet or exceed performance expectations through proven results.

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Valid DZ Driver’s Licence required.
• Minimum 1 year of Roll-Off driving experience required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility with work schedule, as start and end times may vary.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Excellent attendance and performance record.
• Availability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when required.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the Peel and Halton Regions.
