About the role

We are looking for an organized and professional candidate with: Human Resources and recruitment experience Healthcare or home-care industry experience Strong time-management and multitasking skills Experience with front-desk duties, telephone calls, emails, and visitor support Ability to manage employee files, onboarding documents, schedules, and confidential information Good communication and computer skills Knowledge of payroll, ADP, ShiftCare, or scheduling software is an asset Job Summary: The successful candidate will support HR activities, coordinate employee schedules and documentation, manage front-desk responsibilities, respond to clients and caregivers, and assist with the daily administrative operations of our healthcare company.
