About the Role Gilytics is transforming infrastructure design for energy and telecom. We are looking for a technical relationship expert to support our expansion across North America. Note: This role offers full remote flexibility within Canada for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities
-Strategic Onboarding: Lead software roll-outs and technical training for energy and utility clients. -Technical Advocacy: Bridge the gap between North American customers and our international product team to drive GIS-based innovations. -Growth & Retention: Identify upselling opportunities and manage the renewal cycle for enterprise SaaS accounts. -Product Expertise: Conduct workshops on linear infrastructure planning and spatial data modeling.
Top Requirements
-Education: Master’s degree in Geoinformatics, Engineering (Electrical/Civil), Physics, or a technical Business degree. -Experience: 4+ years in B2B Customer Success, Product Management, or GIS/Utilities. -Technical Skills: Deep understanding of energy network planning, GIS modeling, and Agile workflows (Jira/Confluence). -Languages: Dual fluency in English and French is required. Spanish or Portuguese is a major plus. -Legal: Must have a valid Canadian work permit (No visa sponsorship provided).
