About the role

Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.

Kepler prides itself on being a great place to work. In fact, we’re proud to share that AdAge recognized Kepler among the Best Place to Work in 2022, validating our investment in our team and our clients.

  • We're transparent with our employees. You'll hear updates on company financials, how we're performing against bonus goals, and how we're responding to challenges we face.
  • We're growing. For you, that means unparalleled growth opportunities and a role in shaping the direction of the company.
  • We're fun. You'll work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry and have a blast doing it.

This position is a key part of Kepler Creative’s AI-enabled studio culture, where every team member contributes ideas for new tools, workflows, and creative systems that drive the next evolution of creativity.

  • AI-Powered Writing & Optimization: Use LLMs and generative tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) for ideation, drafting, refinement, and creative expansion while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Prompt Engineering: Design prompts and systems that guide AI tools to deliver contextually relevant, high-quality creative outputs.
  • Automation & Workflow Innovation: Explore ways to automate repetitive writing tasks using no-code or AI workflow platforms (Zapier, n8n, custom GPTs).
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner effectively across distributed teams, communicating clearly in both written and verbal forms.
  • Quality & Detail: Maintain precision, consistency, and taste across every deliverable, ensuring brand standards are upheld in AI-assisted workflows.
  • Creative Experimentation: Leverage data-informed insights and audience understanding to continuously test, refine, and elevate creative messaging across campaigns.
  • Video & Script Writing: Write scripts and captions for video and audio content, working closely with producers to ensure narrative strength and cohesion.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on evolving AI and creative technologies, experimenting with new methods that enhance storytelling and production.
