Our flagship service, Agent+, empowers companies to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and scale operations effortlessly. We combine AI agents with collaborative tools to enable designers and developers to build React apps 10x faster.
As we continue to expand rapidly and onboard new clients, we’re seeking a proactive Product Delivery Manager to ensure our Agent+ projects are executed smoothly on time, on spec, and to the highest quality standards along with operating on Tempo.
Your Role (On-site) We’re looking for a results-driven delivery lead with a founder mindset to play a key role in our fast-growing startup. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end product process for multiple Agent+ client projects, ensuring clear requirements, strong communication, and seamless coordination across design, development, and QA. You’ll be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, translating vision into reality while keeping delivery predictable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Relationship Management
- Manage delivery for ~20 concurrent client accounts, ensuring commitments are met on time and within scope.
- Conduct regular check-ins to review progress, address blockers, and capture feedback for iterative improvement.
- Build trust through transparent updates, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of client priorities.
Delivery Planning & Execution
- Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones and deadlines.
- Work with clients to prioritise deliverables, balancing speed with quality.
- Maintain oversight of timelines, scope, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate design and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and executed to spec.
- Use Tempo’s internal tools alongside GitHub and Slack to track progress, manage tasks, and streamline communication.
- Facilitate handoffs between teams and ensure all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of delivery.
Quality Control & Feedback Loop
- Oversee QA processes to ensure features meet functional and quality standards before release.
- Gather, analyse, and act on client feedback to refine deliverables and improve delivery processes.
- Identify recurring delivery challenges and work with leadership to implement process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or client-facing product roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers and developers, with a good grasp of product workflows.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in-office.
- Experience working with SaaS or AI-driven products.
- Understand the software development lifecycle and basic technical concepts.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Possess a background in UX/UI design or familiarity with design processes.
- Possess a background in product development (React, React Native, Expo).
