The Senior Replenishment and Planning Lead plays a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, product availability, and supply chain efficiency. This role is responsible for leading replenishment strategies, improving forecast accuracy, and driving planning excellence across the organization.

What you will do:
- Lead replenishment planning activities for assigned categories or business units.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, sales, and finance to align planning strategies.
- Monitor inventory KPIs and proactively address supply risks and opportunities.
- Optimize replenishment parameters including safety stock, reorder points, and lead times.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and reporting.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership through data analysis and scenario modeling.
- Support system enhancements and planning tool upgrades in collaboration with IT.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or replenishment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, JDA, SLIM4).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results.
- Experience in similar industry, e.g., retail, manufacturing, consumer goods is an asset.
- Familiarity with S&OP and integrated business planning processes.
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques.
