Job Description: Program Support Specialist – Level 2, LHS

Location: LT Sussex LHSON

Summary: Reporting to the Coordinator, Program Support Specialist Level 2 is responsible for client service, data entry, administrative tasks and program support in the LINC Home Study program.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Service and Support

  • Provide front-line client service
  • Administer client registration and waitlist on platforms
  • Create client/instructor accounts on platforms
  • Provide referral options for clients
  • Provide basic webinar moderation

Administrative Tasks

  • Perform data entry tasks on platforms
  • Track data and generate reports as needed
  • Support iCARE reporting requirements
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Program Support

  • Provide general office support and program activity support
  • Support program outreach
  • Lead some tasks

Backup and Flexibility

  • Perform back-up as needed for Program Support Specialists at Level 1 or Level 2

Qualifications

  • Post secondary degree in relevant discipline
  • 1 year of customer service/administrative support experience
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Basic data analysis skills

  • Criminal record check may be required
  • Occasional evenings and weekends
