About the role
Design Systems Specialists - Experience: 7–12 years - Strong expertise in
designing, maintaining, and scaling enterprise design systems and component libraries. Key responsibilities include: Candidates should have extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and scaling enterprise design systems and component libraries - Creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and style guides. - Defining standards for typography, colors, spacing, and UI components. - Leveraging advanced Figma capabilities such as Auto Layout, Variants, Component Properties, and Design Tokens to develop scalable design assets. - Collaborating closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Documenting component usage guidelines, best practices, and accessibility (WCAG) requirements. - Ensuring consistent user experiences across products and platforms. - Reviewing designs and live applications regularly to identify and address inconsistencies and improve adherence to the design system.
