Job Statement
SFM Sales Operations refers to the team, activities and processes within the company’s Sales organization that support, enable, and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently through strategically implemented analysis, software, training, data management and engagement with multiple departments to drive business results.
You will perform administrative and analytical tasks tasks to support the management of customer and sales data, helping SFM drive innovation and growth. This includes working with your Sales Ops colleagues and across functions to ensure data integrity, perform analyses and prepare management reports using Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other systems.
Responsibilities
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in SFM information systems
- Manipulate data using spreadsheet software
- Planning and executing tactical operational and project tasks
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, Accounting and IT teams
- Other tasks, as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with a CRM system such as Salesforce or Dynamics
- 2+ years of experience working with an ERP system such as JDE or SAP
- 2+ years of experience in a data-driven work environment
- Rigour in completing administrative and operational tasks with minimal errors
- Ability to identify and plan more efficient and accurate approaches to complete tasks through process and technological improvements
- Ability to autonomously solve problems
- Work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and manage your time
- Capacity to confidently interact with colleagues and customers
- Excellent MS Excel and data manipulation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
