As a Starbucks Store Manager, you'll run your store like it's your own. What You'll Do
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team. Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence. Recruit, develop and mentor future leaders. Manage inventory, ordering and food safety standards. Create a positive, inclusive and engaging store culture. Analyze results, solve problems and celebrate wins. Be the face of your store in the local community.

What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in a similar role. Strong communication, coaching and people leadership skills. Experience managing sales, labour and operating costs. Understanding of profit and loss statements and key business metrics. Basic HR knowledge, including coaching and employee relations. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and email).
