About the role
Warehouse Associate
The successful candidate will be responsible for organization of a warehouse, and tracking incoming and outgoing packages on a daily basis. This role will require you work on inventory management, shipping and receiving, placement and organization of the warehouse goods, and related administrative tasks. You will be part of a small team reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
● Maintain the warehouse in a tidy, safe and efficient operating condition at all times ● Maintain shipping and receiving documents (BOL, intake logs) ● Maintain warehouse mapping (Where are things in the warehouse) ● Ensure compliance with and follow operating procedures to achieve department objectives ● Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist in implementation ● Maintain the warehouse in a tidy, safe and efficient operating condition at all times ● Manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments ● Other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
What we’re looking for
● 1+ years of warehouse or related experience ● Good computer skills i.e.: experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must ● Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly ● Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English ● Forklift experience is a plus
Skills & Abilities
● Reliable, honest and punctual ● Ability to take direction, and work well with others ● Ability to work with minimal supervision ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills ● High level of self-motivation and the ability to take initiative ● Proactive approach: Identifies and solves problems ● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment ● Strong attention to detail
Work Schedule
Full-time (Monday to Friday) 3 to 11PM

Full-time permanent position $18-$20CAD per hour General healthcare included
