About You
The successful candidate will have the following
You've delivered at scale. $100M+ projects taken to completion, potentially well beyond that, with the accountability genuinely on you You lead the schedule through people. You know ambitious scope on a tight timeline is a leadership problem before it's a technical one, and you run it that way You're the steady hand. You're the person a team steadies itself around when the build gets difficult, not the one who needs steadying You want the harder brief. You've done big, and you're now after the project that outsizes even that
About the Job
Lead the marquee build. A large-scale (~$1B) industrial project, end to end, as the person accountable for delivery Front and centre. You sit at the front of the highest-profile project in the portfolio, not one layer back from it Real backing. Teammates proven in their sectors and the full weight of an integrated, deeply resourced firm behind you Rewarded accordingly.
