Opportunity Overview
Our centrally located Winnipeg practice is seeking a confident and efficient Associate Dentist to join our high-demand clinic with a ready-to-fill schedule. Supported by a strong administrative team and a loyal returning patient base, this role is ideal for an experienced dentist who enjoys a fast pace, autonomy, and the ability to stay consistently productive.
Schedule
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (minimum 2 per month)
Clinical Scope & Growth Opportunities
- General (Bread & Butter) Dentistry
- Basic Endodontics
- Basic Oral Surgery
- Removable Prosthodontics
- Emergency Dentistry
This is an independent clinical role suited to a provider comfortable managing two chairs and maintaining strong production levels.

- Dentrix Practice Management Software
- Digital X-Rays
- Panoramic Imaging
- Fully Paperless Workflow

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a dentist who is:
- Confident, efficient, and comfortable working independently
- Able to manage two operatories effectively
- Experienced in general dentistry and urgent care situations
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Prior clinical experience preferred
This opportunity is well-suited for an associate looking to step into a consistently busy, productive environment with strong patient flow and operational support.

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
