The Experiential Team is expanding! As we continue to support the growth of custom fitting across Canada and achieve our goal to “win every experience” in 2026 we are looking to add an Experiential representative to one of our larger territories.
Location TaylorMade - Vancouver Posted 2025-11-21 Deadline 2025-12-31 Job Summary The Experiential Representative is responsible for executing and/or overseeing consumer facing sales and/or promotional fitting events within a TaylorMade territory. The Representative is responsible for all facets of custom fitting within their territory; inclusive of but not limited to using their specialized fitting knowledge for account training, education, and account fitting tool merchandizing. Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule Experiential events and appointments with local green grass professionals, and off-course accounts. Manage day to day schedule, appointments, and fitting equipment inventory at TMPC (if applicable).
- Responsible for compiling monthly reports as they relate to customer service.
- Train, schedule, and oversee Demo Technicians within the territory.
- Maintains and manages all fitting equipment and range set-ups for all Techs and personal fleet within the territory.
- Educate, train, and inspire all fitting accounts within one’s territory; TMPC, Premier, Certified, and Strategic.
- Activate launch monitor and TM fitting software to communicate consumer information, specs, and data to both TM and host event representatives.
- Maintains the highest level of product and fitting knowledge to recommend the correct TM product to enhance player performance.
- Manage all select fit accounts (once identified) in terms of equipment, training, servicing, and merchandizing custom fitting products including strategic accounts. Help identify best fit for Select Fit locations.
- Performs other responsibilities as required
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Be a constant professional and represent the brand in a positive manner and appearance
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic: high comfort level engaging with customers
- Must be able to work independently and cohesively with others in achieving goals
- Must have strong organizational skills and be very dependable with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities each day
- Ability to be proactive and assertive and be skilled at problem solving
- Must be empathetic and respectful to both customer and consumer needs
- Strong level of written and verbal communication skills. Use of professional language and good judgment when interacting with customers regarding comparison of various product brands
- Ability to operate computer equipment and Excel applications
Education, Work Experience, And Professional Certifications
- 2 years golf related Custom Fitting/Sales experience.
- Must have experience with use of golf launch monitor technology.
- PGA/PGM Affiliation preferred.
- Must have golf industry, retail and/or education (i.e. PGM Program, Golf Academy) experience
- Must have golf playing ability: 5 or better golf handicap is required.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Flexibility in days and hours available for scheduled work; including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Extensive travel. Must be able to travel to various locations for experiential events (80% traveling)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to live in the defined sales territory with ability to travel within territory lines.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Compensation The expected annual base salary plus variable components for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
