Position: Brand Manager, Gluten Free
Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing
We are looking for a Brand Manager, Gluten Free to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for working collaboratively with the team to develop, lead, and implement marketing programs aimed at building and strengthening our consumer brands, Little Northern Bakehouse and The Grain Escape.

Experience
· You have 4-6 years of experience in a marketing or communication role in Consumer Goods Products and/or Food Manufacturing environments
· You have a Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline field
· You have people leadership experience, including coaching and development
Nice-to-Have
· Knowledge of WordPress and HTML
things you will do…
· Lead marketing strategy for Little Northern Bakehouse and The Grain Escape to drive the business to higher levels
· Drive and implement communication/marketing programs to build and improve the brand
· Produce engaging, compelling, and consistent brand communication material and drive social media efforts
· Monitor trends and review available data to improve positioning or communication
· Lead marketing programs related to new product development
· Lead the development of trade show strategies and manage the marketing budget for the brand
· Train, recruit, and develop team members consistent with the goals and values of the organization
OTHER …
· May on occasion work at various times including weekends, as the job requires
· Available to travel across North America to attend various trade shows as required (5-10%)
