Description
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless workflows.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all project sites.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards during every phase of construction.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to project challenges as they arise.
- Mentor and supervise site personnel to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.

Profile
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
- Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
- Experience on healthcare projects
- Experience with milestone alignment and pre-construction/proposal support
- Journeyman trade certification
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects on time and on budget
- Advanced understanding of LEAN construction principles
- Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification
- Willingness to travel to required worksites
- CSTS 2020 certification
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $197,000 CAD annually.
