Job Description:

On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Junior-Intermediate Product Manager to own and support standard product management responsibilities across multiple digital products, including those developed using an AI-driven coding platform. This role will focus on business alignment, product clarity, and stakeholder engagement — not deep technical development.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the voice of the business within product development initiatives.

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.

• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs.

• Ensure products align with business objectives and operational realities.

• Work closely with IT teams to validate that product outputs solve the right problems.

• Support stakeholder engagement and user feedback cycles.

• Participate in sprint reviews and product planning sessions.

• Coordinate across multiple business areas impacted by product implementations.

• Support adoption planning and readiness discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in product coordination, business analysis, or project support roles.

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ability to understand business problems and articulate them clearly to technical teams.

• Organized and process-oriented.

• Confident working with cross-functional teams.

• Must be located in the GTA and able to work onsite in a hybrid model 2 days/week in either Markham or Mississauga.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• Experience supporting enterprise software initiatives.

• Pharma or healthcare industry exposure is considered an asset.

• Education in Business, Technology, Product Management, or related discipline.

• Coursework in Product Management or Agile methodologies is considered an asset.
