Leo Production is the in-house production team at Leo Toronto, supporting the agency’s creative work across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. Our team of editors, motion designers, and producers collaborate closely with creative and account teams to bring ideas to life efficiently and at a high level of craft. We work on a wide range of projects, from national TV campaigns to fast-paced social content.
Overview
Leo Toronto’s in-house production team is looking for a Junior Post Production Producer with 1–2 years of experience supporting post production for TV, digital, and social content.
This role is ideal for someone who loves post production, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working closely with editors, motion designers, creatives, and producers to bring work across the finish line. You’ll help manage projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets the high standards of our team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project briefings with creative, production, and account teams
- Build and manage post-production schedules and artist bookings
- Coordinate projects through all stages of post production
- Manage project assets and oversee quality control throughout the process
- Work closely with editors and motion designers to keep projects moving efficiently
- Coordinate final deliveries and archiving of assets in Frame.io
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of post-production or related production experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A collaborative, positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with digital video formats and codecs is an asset
- On-set production experience is a bonus

- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Frame.io
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $55K - $60K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
