Cross Dock Manager

Location: Cornwall, ON

Role Summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a Cross Dock Manager for our Cornwall, ON location. This critical leadership role will support the efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance of our distribution network. As the Cross Dock Manager, you will oversee daily cross dock operations, lead a team of delivery drivers, and ensure safe, timely, and organized delivery execution. This position will play an essential part in the success of our U.S. and Canadian supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of drivers to ensure productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of invoiced products to established customers.
  • Oversee performance of the delivery team, including KPI tracking, route adherence, and scheduled driver observations.
  • Occasional route coverage based upon business needs.
  • Communicate and coordinate with distribution center leadership, customer service, and customers regarding returns, damaged products, and delivery issues.
  • Schedule, document, and verify completion of fleet maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain the facility’s physical condition, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S standards.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, schedule, and review the work of others.
  • Ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
  • Hire, train, develop, and, when needed, terminate staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and administer corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation, material handling, or high-volume warehousing.
  • Minimum 1+ year box truck driving experience (5-ton).
  • Valid driver’s license; an additional D-license is preferred.
  • Prior senior lead or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 34 kg.
  • No motor vehicle violations in the last 24 months.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing.
