Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and maintain the accuracy, performance, and strategic impact of our website. This role is critical in ensuring our digital presence reflects current campaigns, legal and pricing updates, and supports broader marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about web analytics, user experience, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Website Content Management
    Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards, including copy, legal disclaimers, and pricing.
    Collaborate with internal / external teams to publish and update website content in a timely manner.
  • Tracking & Analytics
    Monitor website performance and user behavior, generating actionable insights through regular reporting.
    Use tools such as Adobe Analytics or similar platforms to create and manage tracking codes.
  • UX & CRO Optimization
    Apply UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices to improve user experience and drive engagement.
    Partner with design and development teams to implement enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with marketing, legal, product, and sales teams to ensure website initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
    Participate in project planning and execution across departments.
  • Continuous Improvement & Project Management
    Identify opportunities for website improvements and lead initiatives from concept to implementation.
    Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively.

What you bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web content management systems (e.g., Contenful, WordPress).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management tools.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and CRO strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS or basic web development.
  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
