Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team supporting digital transformation initiatives for a toptier banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in building scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies

Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications
Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers designers and backend engineers
Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy

Required Skills:

Mandatory:
Strong proficiency in Nodejs and Reactjs
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with version control systems eg Git

Good to Have:
Working knowledge of Java for backend services
Exposure to cloud platforms eg AWS Azure
Experience with CICD pipelines and containerization Docker Kubernetes

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
6 years of professional experience in full stack development
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
