The Proposal Specialist will play a leading role in the development of the technical portion of the RFQ/RFP process, including coordinating the flow of information from contributors to meet all deadlines and tracking action items to achieve a coordinated team effort and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
What you will do :
Analyze the call for tenders (RFQ, RFP). Structure the response to be provided to the client.
Prepare the qualification / proposal schedule, the responsibility matrix and the compliance list.
Organize and lead the kick-off meeting, coordination meetings and technical review meetings. Determine the winning themes and the key messages to convey.
Monitor progress against the qualification / proposal timeline and ensure actions are tracked and completed on time.
Develop high quality and persuasive content by showcasing our expertise.
Ensure that the content of the deliverables is well harmonized, coherent and compliant with the requirements of the call for tenders. Make sure key messages and winning themes are well emphasized.
Follow up with subject matter experts as needed.
Work with graphic designers to create document templates and styles, cover pages, tabs, organization chart, logos and other specific needs to optimize the visual content of all documents.
Assist in the development and preparation of client meetings, workshops, and oral presentation materials.
This role could be for you :
Experience in managing proposals in the fields of construction, engineering or architecture.
Experience with design-build proposals considered an asset.
Organized, detail-oriented and highly deadline-driven.
Strong project management skills, the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects at one time.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong communications skills.
Highly developed computer skills, including Microsoft suite, InDesign, SharePoint.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
