About the role

Entity: WELL Health Clinic Network Inc.

Job Title: Sr. Manager, Clinic Transformation — East & Analytics

Job Class: Full Time Location: Ontario, Canada Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 CAD per annum

About WELL Health Clinic Network

WELL Health Clinic Network is part of WELL Health Technologies, Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator and a leader in digital health. Our network supports physicians and clinic teams with technology-enabled tools, operational expertise, and administrative support so they can focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

The Role

This is a rare hybrid role that sits at the intersection of field leadership and data intelligence. You will lead CT’s Ontario portfolio — managing a team of Practice Engagement Specialists and owning performance across 45+ primary care clinics — while also building and owning CT’s national governance and analytics function: PowerBI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and the performance reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility across the entire network.

Most organizations separate these two functions. We are combining them deliberately. The person closest to what is happening in clinics is the best person to design the reporting that reflects it. If you are equally comfortable leading a difficult physician conversation and building a PowerBI dashboard from scratch, this role was designed for you.

What You Will Be Doing

Ontario Portfolio & Team Leadership

Own CT performance across Ontario’s 45+ clinics — every clinic has targets and you are accountable for them Serve as the senior CT escalation point for Ontario physicians, clinic managers, and Ops Leaders Own the Ontario M&A onboarding pipeline — new clinics assessed, sequenced, and activated without disrupting the existing portfolio

Governance & Analytics

Build and own CT’s PowerBI dashboards — clinic scorecards, portfolio health views, adoption trends, and EBITDA-linked performance indicators Design CT’s national KPI framework and reporting cadences — giving the Director and leadership a real-time view across all provinces Run quarterly CT performance reviews — structured, data-driven, tied to clear actions Partner with internal data teams to connect CT’s reporting to WELL Health’s broader data infrastructure

What Success Looks Like

Ontario clinics are hitting targets and the team is ahead of the pipeline

CT’s PowerBI dashboards are live, trusted, and used by leadership to make decisions Every Practice Engagement Specialist nationally has a real-time scorecard You are known as the person who brings both field credibility and analytical rigour

You Have

Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare operations, digital health, analytics, or primary care management Demonstrated ability to lead teams and own performance in a multi-site environment Strong PowerBI proficiency— you build dashboards people actually use Experience designing KPI frameworks and performance reporting from the ground up Strong understanding of Ontario primary care workflows and physician dynamics Comfortable moving between field execution and analytical work in the same week

Preferred

Experience in a large clinic network, multi-site organization, or M&A-active environment Familiarity with Ontario FHO models and WELL Health tools (Ocean, Phelix, Accuro) Exposure to AI-driven analytics or data automation platforms

Why Join WELL Health

Own both the field execution and the analytics function — a combination that builds a career-defining skill set Build CT’s governance function from the ground up with real influence over how it scales to 200+ clinics Work directly with the Director with visibility into strategic decisions across the full CT organization Be part of a growth engine — CT is central to WELL Health’s national expansion strategy Competitive compensation and benefits package
