Associé principal d’entrepôt, BPF HEXO recherche un Associé principal d’entrepôt, BPF, amical, dynamique, hautement organisé, autonome et doté d’un grand souci du détail, pour se joindre à l’équipe des Opérations. Il s’agit d’un rôle individuel essentiel, sans responsabilités de supervision, agissant comme principal responsable des opérations quotidiennes de l’entrepôt au sein de notre installation de cannabis réglementée selon les BPF. Le titulaire du poste veille à ce que tous les matériaux et produits finis soient reçus, entreposés, manipulés, distribués et expédiés conformément aux Bonnes pratiques de fabrication européennes (EudraLex Vol. 4), aux Règlements sur le cannabis, ainsi qu’aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) du site. Ce rôle soutient la traçabilité complète, l’exactitude de l’inventaire et le contrôle du statut des matériaux (ex. : quarantaine, libéré, rejeté), tout en maintenant un environnement d’entrepôt propre, organisé et prêt pour les inspections. Toutes les tâches doivent être exécutées rapidement, conformément aux exigences BPF et aux paramètres de qualité établis par le département Qualité. Responsabilités principales Recevoir et vérifier tous les matériaux et produits finis entrants selon les bons de commande et la documentation de soutien, en assurant exactitude et conformité Entreposer et gérer les matériaux dans les emplacements désignés conformément aux exigences BPF, incluant la bonne séparation des statuts (quarantaine, libéré, rejeté) Prélever, préparer et distribuer les matériaux pour la production ou l’expédition tout en maintenant une traçabilité complète des lots/batches S’assurer que tous les matériaux et produits sont clairement étiquetés, identifiés et contrôlés durant toutes les activités d’entrepôt S’assurer que seuls les matériaux libérés par l’AQ sont préparés et distribués pour expédition Préparer les expéditions sortantes avec une sélection de produits exacte, un étiquetage approprié et une documentation complète Compléter toute la documentation d’entrepôt avec exactitude et en temps réel, conformément aux normes d’intégrité des données ALCOA+ et BPF Maintenir des registres d’inventaire exacts dans les systèmes ERP/WMS, incluant l’enregistrement rapide de tous les mouvements et transactions Soutenir le contrôle d’inventaire par des comptes cycliques, des rapprochements et l’investigation des écarts Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée, lorsque la formation BPF appropriée a été complétée Soutenir les révisions de SOP en identifiant les lacunes et en escaladant les mises à jour nécessaires S’assurer que le nettoyage et la désinfection des postes de travail sont effectués selon les exigences Aviser le gestionnaire de tout besoin de réparation du bâtiment ou des installations Compétences, connaissances et aptitudes requises Connaissance pratique des exigences réglementaires BPF établies par les Lignes directrices BPF de Santé Canada (GUI‑0001) et l’EudraLex Vol. 4 – Partie II Bonne compréhension des outils informatiques et des programmes Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) Expérience avec les systèmes ERP/WMS Bilinguisme (français/anglais) considéré comme un atout Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite Bonnes aptitudes mathématiques Connaissance des procédures de contrôle qualité de l’entreprise Grande vigilance et attention au détail Capacité de résolution de problèmes et d’investigation Capacité à analyser rationnellement une situation ou une non‑conformité et à en faire rapport à la direction Formation et expérience Diplôme ou certificat en chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou domaine connexe (préféré) 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en entrepôt dans un environnement réglementé (cannabis, pharmaceutique, cosmétique, alimentaire ou biotechnologie) Exigences physiques et environnement de travail Capacité de rester debout pendant de longues périodes et de soulever en toute sécurité jusqu’à 25 lb Bonne dextérité et précision lors de tâches répétitives Capacité de porter l’équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) requis pendant de longues périodes (gants, sarrau, filet à cheveux) Capacité de travailler dans un environnement fermé et sécurisé Obligation de compléter un formulaire médical BPF avant l’entrée en fonction Les candidats retenus devront fournir une vérification policière générale JOB SUMMARY: HEXO is seeking a friendly, dynamic, highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate, GMP to join our Operations team. This is a critical, individual contributor role with no direct reports, serving as the primary owner of day-to-day warehouse operations within our GMP-regulated cannabis facility. The successful candidate ensures that all materials and finished goods are received, stored, handled, issued, and shipped in accordance with EU Good Manufacturing Practices (EudraLex Vol. 4), applicable Cannabis Regulations, and site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role supports full traceability, inventory accuracy, and material status control (e.g., quarantine, released, rejected), while maintaining a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment. All tasks must be executed in a timely manner and in accordance with GMP requirements and quality parameters specified by the Quality Department. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and verify all incoming materials and finished goods against purchase orders and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Store and manage materials in designated locations in accordance with GMP requirements, including proper segregation of material status (quarantine, released, rejected) Pick, stage, and issue materials for production or shipment while maintaining full lot/batch traceability Ensure all materials and products are clearly labeled, identified, and controlled throughout all warehouse activities Ensure only QA-released materials are prepared and distributed for shipment, maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Prepare outbound shipments with accurate product selection, proper labeling, and complete documentation to support traceability Complete all warehouse documentation accurately and in real time in accordance with ALCOA+ and GMP data integrity standards Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/WMS systems, including timely recording of all material movements and transactions Support inventory control through cycle counts, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies, ensuring ongoing inventory accuracy Perform other related duties as assigned, provided appropriate GMP training has been completed Support SOP revisions by identifying process gaps and escalating required updates Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of workstations is completed as required Notify the manager of any required building or facility repairs REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements as established by Health Canada’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Guidelines (GUI-0001) and the European Commission’s EudraLex Vol. 4 Good Manufacturing Practice Part II: Basic Requirements for Active Substances used as Starting Materials Good understanding of computers and Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel Experience working with ERP/WMS Systems Bilingual (French/English) is an asset Effective oral and written communication skills; Good mathematical Good Knowledge and understanding of quality control procedures set forth by the Company Highly competent in maintaining constant vigilance and attention to detail Problem-solving and investigation capability Ability to rationally analyze, and report on, a situation or non-conformance to management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred 2–3 years of warehouse experience in a regulated environment (cannabis, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, or biotech) PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 25 lbs Must have good dexterity with a keen eye for precision while conducting repetitive tasks Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time (i.e., gloves, lab coat, hair net) Must be able to work in an enclosed and secure work area Must complete a GMP Medical Self-Reporting Document for working within a GMP environment before employment commencement Successful applicants will be required to provide a general police clearance Tilray welcomes applications from all qualified individuals and is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.
