More information about services and locations is available at www.elementsrehab.com. Role Description This is an on-site Registered Massage Therapist role located in Oshawa, ON. The Registered Massage Therapist will assess clients’ needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments in alignment with professional standards and clinic protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing thorough client assessments, documenting treatment plans and progress notes, maintaining clean and safe treatment spaces, and collaborating with physiotherapists and other practitioners to support integrated care. The role also includes educating clients on self-care, stretching, injury prevention, and stress management strategies, along with participating in clinic initiatives to build strong client relationships and support clinic growth. Qualifications Strong therapeutic treatment skills, including Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with the ability to tailor care to diverse client needs. Experience or training in complementary modalities such as Shiatsu and other evidence-informed massage techniques. Ability to support client well-being through relaxation-focused care and Stress Management strategies. Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, professionalism, and respect for client confidentiality. Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and appropriate professional liability insurance. Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care and willingness to coordinate with physiotherapy and other providers. Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills, with reliability in maintaining schedules and client records. Flexibility to work clinic hours that may include evenings or weekends based on client demand.
