The Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support Maneva’s marketing efforts across social media, content creation, case studies, and visual assets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing, editing, and bringing ideas to life across formats — from decks and visuals to short-form video and social content. You’ll work closely with marketing and leadership to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content

• Design marketing assets including presentations, decks, one-pagers, and visuals

• Support creation of case studies and customer-facing content

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content

• Assist with visual storytelling for website, sales, and marketing materials

• Maintain brand consistency across all content and channels

• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, launches, and events

• Experiment with formats and creative ideas to improve engagement and clarity

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related role

• Strong visual and creative skills with a sharp attention to detail

• Comfortable translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and content

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

• Ability to manage multiple content requests and deadlines

• Takes ownership with a can-do attitude

• Open to learning new tools and concepts, continuously improving and optimizing work

Required Tools & Skills

• Canva (strong proficiency)

• Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro

• Basic video editing, motion, and visual storytelling skills

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as: DALL·E 3, Gemini Flow, ChatGPT Or similar AI creative tools

A portfolio is required.
Please include a link to your portfolio showcasing relevant work such as visual design, marketing assets, social content, presentations, or video projects. We’re especially interested in seeing how you translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating B2B or SaaS content

• Interest in AI, technology, or industrial/manufacturing topics
