About the role
As aStrategic Sourcing Support Associate, you’ll partner with clinics to support daily operations, enable our ordering platform (Dentira), coordinate with vendors, and drive formulary alignment
You’ll collaborate closely with clinics, Regional Managers, vendors, and the Strategic Sourcing team tooptimize processes, streamline workflows, and drive system adoption
This role supports aregional portfoliowhile contributing tonational initiativesacross the 123Dentist network.
##Responsibilities & Duties
###Clinic Support (Regional)
- Act as theprimary liaisonfor clinics on ordering, vendors, and Dentira
- Analyze non-formulary trends to identify root causes and reduce escalations
- Partner with Regional Managers & Directors to resolve operational challenges
- ✅ Support Dentira adoption andSmile Trusted alignmentacross clinics
###Vendor Management (National)
- Maintain and update theapproved vendor list
- Support Clinical Education initiatives (events, materials, coordination)
- Manage vendor backorders and pricing discrepancies
- Support U.S. vendor ordering via CARM (compliance & accuracy)
###️****Equipment Tracking & Lifecycle
- Maintain centralized equipment records (assets, lifecycle, warranty)
- Provide insights to supportmaintenance planning & capital decisions
###Dentira Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead Dentira onboarding for clinics, Office Managers, and leadership

- ️ Configure vendors and ensure alignment with sourcing strategy
- Standardize onboarding frameworks for consistent rollout
- Drive compliance, formulary alignment, and system utilization
###Dentira Support, Reporting & Maintenance
- Support ongoing system adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Improve onboarding processes and reporting frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy and continuous system optimization
##Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s inBusiness, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience inoperations, procurement, healthcare, or multi-site environments
- Experience with ordering platforms (Dentira or similar) is an asset
##Required Skills & Abilities
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- ️ Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
