• Serve as a principal technical authority for Siemens EDA’s Calibre DRC product line, providing deep expertise in physical verification methodologies, tool capabilities, and customer deployment strategies
• Drive technical strategy and influence product direction by identifying emerging customer requirements, industry trends, and technology inflections in semiconductor design and manufacturing
• Lead the definition, characterization, and prioritization of new product capabilities to address complex customer needs and expand Calibre’s competitive differentiation
• Partner closely with Calibre R&D, product engineering, marketing, and field organizations to prototype, evaluate, and transition new features and methodologies into production
• Lead resolution of the most challenging customer technical issues, creating innovative and scalable solutions that may establish the best new practices across teams and accounts
• Drive best-in-class tool performance and scalability through optimization across hardware, deployment configuration, rule-writing methodologies, workflow architecture, and product enhancements
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, building strong relationships and influencing adoption of advanced flows, new features, and optimized methodologies
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives involving regional application engineers, global support, product management, and development teams across geographies
• Create and deliver high-impact technical presentations, training, white papers, application notes, contributed articles, and other thought-leadership materials for internal and external audiences
• Represent Siemens EDA in high-level customer engagements, technical reviews, and industry interactions as a recognized expert in physical verification
• Mentor and guide engineers across the organization, raising technical capability and sharing expertise across team boundaries
• Develop, review, and influence technical documentation, user guidance, and methodology collateral to ensure clarity, quality, and broad customer value
• Communicate highly complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to audiences ranging from expert practitioners to senior business and technology stakeholders
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support strategic customer and business objectives
