Contract Administrator – Transportation Calgary, AB Temporary (Up to 6 Months) or Permanent We're looking for a Contract Administrator to support transportation infrastructure construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction contract administration, project coordination, or infrastructure projects. What You'll Do Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, and project documentation. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project managers, and clients. Track project documentation and maintain accurate contract records. Attend site meetings and support construction administration activities. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3+ years of construction contract administration or inspection experience. Experience supporting transportation, municipal, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence. Compensation: $104,000–$124,800 annually (based on experience) plus comprehensive benefits and RRSP.
