Key Responsibilities:
Elementary School Teachers
-
Identify
students’ individual and collective learning needs.
-
Plan
and deliver instruction tailored to student learning styles and diverse
needs.
-
Provide
a stimulating, inclusive learning environment where every student can
thrive.
-
Help
students develop essential knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes.
-
Evaluate,
record, and communicate student progress clearly to parents and guardians.
-
Prepare
and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra academic
support.
-
Collaborate
with parents, colleagues, and specialized professionals to support student
growth.
-
Participate
in staff meetings, professional development seminars, and in-service
training.
-
Volunteer
for and supervise extracurricular and after-school activities.
Middle & High School Teachers (Additional
Duties)
-
Design
and deliver engaging, subject-specific lesson plans aligned with the
curriculum.
-
Utilize
a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, discussions,
laboratory experiments, and multimedia.
-
Assess
student progress through diverse formative and summative assignments and
exams.
-
Foster
critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent study skills.
-
Prepare
teenagers for graduation, post-secondary education, and entry into the
workforce.
