What You’ll Do:

As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a key role in creating a positive, professional experience each day. In this role, you will:

• Provide friendly, efficient service while accurately completing financial transactions

• Build strong relationships with members by listening, communicating effectively, and understanding their financial needs

• Recommend products and services that genuinely align with members’ goals

• Uphold our commitment to ethical, member-centric service

• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate member records

• Support our outreach efforts through outbound calls to promote products and services

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and heart to their work. Our ideal candidate has:

• A certificate or diploma in Business (a university degree is an asset)

• Previous sales or service experience — preferably in the financial industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A genuine ability to build trusting relationships with members

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• A positive, self-motivated attitude

• Alignment with Credit Union values, including integrity, community, and member well‑being
