The Business Applications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the company’s applications, including the ERP, CRM, mobile applications, reporting platforms, and other enterprise tools. This role focuses heavily on data entry, data maintenance, ticket management, and data hygiene, ensuring accurate and reliable information across business systems.

You will work closely with the Business Applications team to complete operational tasks, support users, and help maintain the integrity of live production systems. We are looking for someone detail‑oriented, process‑focused, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in business applications, data, or IT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide training for new and existing users on all our business applications and answer questions as needed
  • Support end user tickets on new and existing business applications
  • Data entry into ERP, CRM, and other software
  • Setup and configuration of business applications
  • Manage licensing and permissions on all our business applications
  • Create process documentation and instructional videos
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Responsible for Data Hygiene on all business applications
  • Work as a team member with other IT staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
  • In accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Experience giving presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience with these software solutions an asset: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/CRM/NAV
