What you will do

Showcase leadership in Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection by applying project-specific standards and championing Pomerleau's HS&E principles.

Ensure materials adhere to our top-notch Quality Program.

Collaborate with trade partners and consultants, actively contributing to the identification of on-site labor requirements.

Apply problem-solving skills to recommend innovative methods, enhancing project excellence and productivity.
-
Learn construction site start-up details, including the schedule, under the guidance of the Superintendent.

Manage workforce training, keeping all team members up to date, and actively oversee material deliveries on site.

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in ensuring the project aligns with approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes.

Keep construction site documentation organized and play a pivotal role in celebrating project success and completion.
This role could be for you if you

Are currently enrolled in a recognized Engineering or Construction Management degree or diploma program.

Field knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and a commitment to health and safety.

Positive mindset and sense of excitement for being in the action everyday on-site.

Previous experience working on construction sites.

Proven track record of team collaboration, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Start date: January 12, 2026
