About the role
We’re looking for an analytical Senior Market Analyst to help enhance the way our members experience Affinity.
What you’ll do:
- Employ advanced analytics to provide data-driven insights to personalize marketing and member experiences
- Develop strategies to enhance campaigns, along with interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and present performance and member experience metrics
- Manage projects that enhance member research, data/intelligence collection, and the reporting of relevant insights
- Integrate market and geospatial analysis to develop channel strategies, leveraging predictive models and external data to guide investment decisions
- Design and execute predictive models, segmentation frameworks, and campaign performance analysis
- Work with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and integrating multiple data sources for analysis

What you’ve got:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics) plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge in conducting complex market research and analysis, including presenting relevant business insights to support strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and advanced data manipulation using SQL
- Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes
- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI
