Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Billing Support, the Administrative Assistant will manage a large volume of telephone inquiries as well as other important duties that help the business succeed.
IPG works in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a variety of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' open lot, property damage (commercial and homeowners) and general liability.
Role Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct callers
- Process claim billing
- Back up all administrative duties when needed
- Other related responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management as directed.
- Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required or equivalent; some college preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Good typing and spelling skills preferred

- Strong Communicator (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of concurrent tasks
- Work collaboratively with others inside and outside the company

- Dynamic environment with tight deadlines, number and changing priorities
