**Location:**Must be located in Ontario. Working fully remotely from Ottawa, ON; Toronto, ON or surrounding areas.
Salary range:$68,000 - $75,000

Your Challenge
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams for all things recruitment within your assigned portfolio, in particular relating to temporary positions globally.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, interests groups, Google X-Ray) with an exclusive focus on passive talent
- Create a “buzz” in the talent market by networking through industry related groups, specialty job boards, employer branding programs – get creative: always be sourcing.
- Intake meetings, strategic sourcing, candidate identification & selection, salary determination, and offers of employment including negotiations
- Using data and market intel, influence the decision-making process with your hiring teams
- Coach and train hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques, equipping them with the skills necessary to move through the recruitment cycle confidently and seamlessly.
- Comply with all relevant employment legislation and company policies
- Proactively identify and address potential recruitment challenges
Your Expertise
- Minimum of 1 year high-volume recruitment experience in particularly in temporary roles, identifying talent from hourly manufacturing to professional level roles
- Familiarity with sourcing for niche technical roles to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running with a heavy workload and proven experience doing so.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
- Passion for driving new ideas to think outside the box and bring forward new recruitment initiatives
- Resilience for change and ambiguity to support the fast-paced changing needs of our business
- Comfortable operating within an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A quiet, secure, work from home space with the ability to openly communicate
- Experience working with a virtual team, and proven ability to work both independently and within a team
