Perio Partners is growing, we have a new doctor and a new space so we need more people in our team. We are HIRING a Full-time Dental Administrator.
As the first person to greet our patients, you will be the voice and face of our clinic. Inspirational, innovative, and entrepreneurial - this is how we describe our empowered team.
Make an impact with our team as a Receptionist. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the clinic.
Duties you will love doing:

Checking the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities

Providing information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
-
Establishing and facilitating long-term patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior
-
Gathering and accurately recording medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.

Accurately filing new and existing patient information
-
Managing recall and inactive patient system
-
Performing basic Administrative Duties
-
Ensuring the reception area is maintained
-

About you:

Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
-
Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
-
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
-
Able to adapt and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
