About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle all requests from the customers under your responsibility. This includes everything from order entry to sales analysis, delivery tracking, complaint registration, corrective action follow-up, and customer relations. Working closely with the planning, production, quality, and business development departments, you will be the voice of the customer within the company.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Enter orders into the system and perform any necessary follow-up
- Process development/submission requests
- Forward complaints to the quality department and follow up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction
- Track and analyze customer sales (volume and $) and take proactive action based on this information
- Actively contribute to established and/or developing business relationships
- Represent and support customers in continuous improvement projects

About the role
