Your area of focus. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their repair experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and positive interaction for customers as they navigate the collision repair process.

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
  • Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
  • Outbound calls to customers with status updates
  • Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
  • Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
  • Assist with accounts receivable
  • Assist with in person customer service as well as office work

What Are The Must-haves…

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Body Shop Connect, Repair Centre, Mitchel Connect, or Progi would be an asset
  • Experience with Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
