You’re the connection between our customers and the shop. You set the tone, build trust, and ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and taken care of. When you succeed in this role, customers come back, technicians stay productive, and the entire store wins.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds

• Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently

• Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way

• Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity

• Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations

• Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in automotive or RV service advising is a plus, but not required

• A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales

• Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam

• Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure

• Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
