Role Summary The Sales Coordinator provides support to the Grocery and Convenience channel within the Ontario Sales Team. This person will coordinate all weekly communication to the field as well as manage the processing of accounts/payments and other assigned administration tasks including supplying a variety of reports that will enable the field to work more effectively and efficiently. Ensuring all ad hoc requests get taken care of with a sense of urgency and a high level of accuracy is critical to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, printing and mailing of bi weekly sell sheets, tech sheets, and image sheets to field team.
- Maintaining product catalogues and price books
- NISS ownership for the C&G channel
- Support key accounts team where required
- Shipping out samples to customers
- Organize quarterly sales meetings and trade events
Job Requirements
- University degree, or College diploma preferred.
- 1-2 years Sales, marketing or trade marketing support experience is preferred
- Consumer Packaged Goods, or Beverage Alcohol Industry experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel is required
- Demonstrated customer service skills are required
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter that works well independently in an open office surrounding.
- Reporting and analysis skills using Excel is an asset
- Must be able to lift 40lbs

Compensation : Budgeted Range – $52,997.00 - $68, 584.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
The budgeted range will align with qualifications, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
