- Stable employment with opportunities to advance
- Leadership experience in ICE’s largest region
- Support from experienced senior leaders and colleagues

- Recognition for long service and outstanding contributions
- Non-registered group RSP matching program available to qualifying employees after one year of employment, with contributions adjusted according to length of service
- Comprehensive benefits package for qualifying employees after one year of employment
- Meaningful work — every day you’ll make a difference for clients, staff, and families across Edmonton
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor staff to provide consistent, respectful client support
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and program routines
- Review support plans, documentation, and reporting for accuracy
- Work closely with clients, families, guardians, and community partners
- Monitor program quality and ensure compliance with ICE standards
- Support staff training, feedback, and professional development
- Manage program budgets and resources responsibly
- Respond to urgent or unexpected issues using ICE procedures
- Support staff recruitment and performance development
- Promote teamwork, problem-solving, and a positive workplace culture
- Attend after-hours meetings and complete program site visits as needed
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Services (or related field) preferred
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in disability services (or related field)
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional, dependable, and committed to high-quality service
- Experience with staff supervision, scheduling, and documentation
- Comfortable using computer systems for reporting and scheduling
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within 6 months)
- Basic First Aid with CPR Level A (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
