Care Centres - Nurse Practitioner - Hybrid
About the role
- Location: Toronto (mostly virtual consultations)
- Schedule: Flexible, no evenings, weekends or after hours coverage required
- Compensation: $90 - $100/hour (variable based on experience)
- Contract Position | 4/6 hrs per week with potential to grow
We are a leading national health care network launching a brand-new in-clinic Women’s Health-Menopause program — and we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner to help us build it from the ground up while delivering direct patient care. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical practice with the excitement of shaping a new service that will redefine menopause care in Canada.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-person and virtual comprehensive consultations to patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
- Create personalized treatment plans that combine hormone therapy with evidence-based lifestyle interventions
- Deliver hands-on patient care, managing medications, monitoring outcomes, and supporting patients across their journey
- Collaborate with other providers and contribute to integrated care pathways
- Contribute to program development alongside clinical leadership and participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous improvement efforts to refine the program
- Promote preventive health strategies, including but not limited to bone health, mental wellness, and sexual health optimization

What You Bring
- Passion for direct patient care combined with interest in building and improving programs
- Current in good-standing Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario, and the willingness/ability to obtain licensure in BC and AB
- Certification in menopause care (Menopause Society Certified )
- 2+ years of specialized menopause care experience
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, prescribing, and managing hormone therapy
- Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to advancing women’s health through both care delivery and innovation
