How You’ll Make An Impact Use your human resources expertise to translate trends, legislation and data into clear, actionable tools and advice that guide strategies across all HR domains – including workforce planning, talent management and compensation.
As an HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your HR partners and business leaders by delivering advanced reporting, dashboards and predictive analytics that empower evidence-based decisions. By ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytics to shape policies, programs and initiatives, you’ll help align HR decisions with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do
- Support HR projects and initiatives through analytics, data storytelling and insight generation
- Develop and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards to provide timely, accurate and relevant data for decision‑making
- Build advanced analytics models and predictive insights to proactively identify trends and risks
- Partner with HR and business leaders to interpret data and deliver strategic, data‑driven recommendations
- Respond to ad hoc data requests by supplying clear, actionable insights
- Establish and maintain HR data governance, including standards, definitions and documentation to ensure data quality
- Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics tools for greater efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications What you’ll bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in human resources or a related discipline
- HR Business Partner experience
- Minimum one year of experience working with data and generating reports (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Familiarity with business systems and data visualization tools
- Progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, change management, HR analytics or HR policy
- Proven ability to make sense of data and derive insights for senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and situations with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (for example, CHRP, SHRP, PHR, SPHR) completed or in progress
- Experience with HRIS and advanced analytics platforms
- Experience or education in computer science, statistics or applied mathematics
- Experience compiling and presenting workforce-planning analytics and creating reusable templates/processes
- Experience leading corporate programs/initiatives and collaborating across multiple HR specialties
