Human Resources Information System Analyst
About the role
HRIS Analyst (Dayforce) We’re hiring an HRIS Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Ceridian Dayforce to support HR operations and system administration. This role is responsible for managing employee lifecycle data (hires, changes, terminations), maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring the Dayforce system runs smoothly across HR and Payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Dayforce experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot system issues while supporting internal stakeholders. You’ll also handle reporting, data audits, and employee inquiries, acting as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT teams. This is a hands-on, high-volume role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both systems administration and operational HR support.
