The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of BUSINESS COMMUNICATION FOR TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS (410-082-LA).
This course develops the use of a computer work station as a business communication tool. Students apply key communication concepts to receive, interpret, transmit, store and manage data. The course requires the preparation of emails and technical documents and the use of commonly used software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Explorer, Outlook and online tools.
Required Qualifications :
Must have a thorough knowledge of English grammar, executive report writing and presentation particularly as it applies to the transportation and logistics industry.
Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of pertinent experience, or a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 2 must be in management.
Experience teaching an adult clientele in a similar program is an asset.
