We are a retail company specializing in handmade Japanese kitchen knives. What started as a side hustle in 2007 by a Chef selling knives restaurant-to-restaurant on a bike to fund his own knife addiction turned into a cross country business. Aside from working directly with blacksmiths in Japan, Knifewear strives to break the standard retail shopping experience offering real service from friendly, educated staff.
