Senior Decision Support Analyst
About the role
The Idea candidate would be focusing on designing, modelling, and optimizing business decisions to drive automation across workflows, case management, and intelligent processing.
Must Have 3–5+ years in decision modelling, business rules, or business analysis (5+ years is an asset 3–5+ years in experience with decisioning or rules platforms (e.g. IBM ADS or IBM ODM 3–5+ years in experience with structured decision modelling frameworks and approaches (e.g., DMN Exposure to automation (workflows, case management, IDP Experience with governance, standards, reusable framework Strong skills in data analysis + structured problem solving Experience translating business needs into decision/data model Hands-on with decision tables, rules, or logic-based design Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholder Solid understanding of data structures and enterprise data interaction
