About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst to join our team and support and ensure our products meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability and performance. You’ll play a key role in the software development lifecycle, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to standards, specification requirements and performance. Among your responsibility will include designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and improving the overall user experience through rigorous testing and feedback to ensure a seamless user experience.
What you bring to the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports development of quality plans and procedures
- Performs software process evaluations/audits
- Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on software quality-related data/metrics
- Supports development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies
- Witnesses’ software product builds and test events
- Assist with developing and maintaining test artifacts to help maintain a streamlined and efficient testing process
- Experience with test methods such as regression, functional, exploratory, automated and system testing
- Plan, develop and execute software test and integration plans ensuring compliance with specification requirements
- Review product documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Support a variety of QA tasks, activities and events which may include closure of Corrective Action Request, review and approval of technical documentation and performance of internal audits

Qualifications (Requirements/Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience working in QA software test role or similar software development lifecycle (including requirements analysis, design, code, integration and test)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practices
- Familiarity with performance, security, and accessibility access
- Works well both in a team setting and independently
- Experience in Quality Management System / Model (e.g., AS9100/ISO9001:2015/CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration
